We are looking for a full-time Dental Receptionist, to join our amazing team in Belleville!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients
• Answering incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Schedule, confirm and manage patient appointments
• Verify insurance coverage and proces insurance claims
• Collect patient payments
• Coordinate appointment reminders and follow up communications
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and texts
• Day end closing
