MEET OUR TEAM
Dr. Yasmin Monemdjou has demonstrated her caring, compassionate nature as she has provided care for FDC patients since 2007. As the sole owner of the Family Dental Centre, Dr. Yasmin believes in putting patients first, always!
Prior to graduating from the University of Western Ontario, she spent two months in Tanzania, Africa doing volunteer dentistry. She saw extensive poverty and felt her time there caring for patients, was a worthwhile experience. This experience helped develop her strong interest in children and children’s dentistry.
Dr. Yasmin truly cares about her community and regularly participates in community events and fundraisers in all three locations; this includes founding our FDC Free Dental Days for those in need and who do not have access to dental care.
Dr. Yasmin provides all aspects of dentistry, with all age groups, including oral sedation for anxious children and adults. She has an extensive background in oral surgery and denture care.
You can visit Dr. Yasmin in all three of our locations: Belleville, Frankford, and Cobourg.
Louise oversees the daily operations of all FDC offices; from office policies and procedures, to human resources, marketing, and finance.
From policies & procedures, human resources, marketing, infection control and providing support to our team, Tara ensures all facets of the office run smoothly.
She is also the creative face behind our social media!
Since 2007
Since 2007, Dr Yasmin Monemdjou has been proudly serving her patients at FDC. Starting as an associate, she is now the sole owner of all three FDC locations.
FDC has grown to serve 3 communities in Belleville, Frankford and Cobourg and employs 70 team members.
As proud members of the Bay of Quinte, Quinte West, and Northumberland areas, we support our communities by contributing everywhere that we can.
Some of our community involvement includes; hosting FDC Free Dental Days for those without access to dental care, regularly partake in food drives for our local food banks, as well as supporting local sports centres and teams.
We vow to always provide high quality dental care, put our patients and team first and continue to support our local communities that we love.
